*Overview* We're hiring an experienced full time automotive window tint installer. The right candidate will work as our lead tinter and work alongside our PPF and ceramic team. The right candidate will manage our day to day tint schedule ensuring all work is completed at highest level. We not only have a retail facility in Burlington to service our retail customers we offer mobile window tint in the Oakville and Hamilton area to local car dealerships. Travelling to dealerships is apart of your daily schedule with this position. We're an industry leader in rewarding top performers with exceptional pay and growth opportunities. Not all resumes will get a response so in advance thank you for applying. *Responsibilities* * Apply window tint film to a variety of vehicles, ensuring precision and quality in every installation. * Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing glass to ensure proper adhesion of the tint film. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut and shape tint film according to specifications. * Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and maintain an organized workspace. * Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process, utilizing mechanical knowledge as needed. * Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols. *Experience* * Previous experience in window tinting is required. * Plotter experience is required * Hand cutting tint is a preferred skillset * Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory.
