*Overview*
All Clear Water Treatment Limited is a dynamic and growing organization dedicated to providing a wide range of water treatment and testing services to ensure that your water is safe to use and drink. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in various tasks including data entry, file management, and front desk operations, contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
*Responsibilities*
* Reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new procedures to improve efficiency.
* Ensuring that work is completed effectively and efficiently, with deadlines met.
* Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and other basic accounting tasks.
* Oversee administrative operations related to records update, databases, and filing systems.
* Maintain office supplies and equipment, and inventory.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
* Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
* Manage and maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
* Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
* Utilize Sage 50 for basic accounting tasks as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes using Google Suite applications
*Qualifications*
* Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1?2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office technology.
* Experience with accounting or ERP software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) is an asset.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Ability to proofread documents effectively for grammar and formatting errors.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
