Our team is looking for a bookkeeper to assist in a multi-company office. Your responsibilities will include tracking multiple company's revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports in a professional and confidential manner.
Qualifications & Skills
* 5 years minimum bookkeeping experience and/or certificates
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Strong working knowledge of Sage Accounting
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-starter
Responsibilities are and not limited to :
* Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information
* Reconcile company's financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements
* Prepare tax returns for businesses and individuals
* Post financial transactions to accounts and prepare financial statements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
