At Custom Contracting Roofing & Exteriors, we specialize in rebate-backed upgrades like *windows, doors, roofing, insulation, and HVAC systems* ? all of which are in high demand due to *government incentives* across Ontario. We?re expanding quickly and looking for motivated sales professionals to join our field team and start making real money ? fast.
This role is ideal for those who are driven, coachable, and want flexible hours while developing a high-income career path.
*Responsibilities:*
* Attend *qualified sales appointments* provided by the company
* Present rebate-eligible home improvement products to homeowners
* Use our proven pitch process and CRM system to close deals
* Submit contracts and communicate with operations to ensure smooth installations
* Generate some of your own leads through referrals or local networking
* Follow a performance track toward *Team Lead or Sales Manager* roles
*Requirements:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Driven, self-motivated, and coachable
* Comfortable working commission-only (with weekly pay plus bonuses)
* Must have a valid driver?s license and reliable vehicle and willing to travel to appointments
* Previous experience in home improvement, solar, alarms, or telecom sales is an asset (but not required)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 ? 40 per week
