*Responsibilities*
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Manage and organize files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
* Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
* Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
* Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed.
* Proficiently use Google Suite applications for various office tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
* Maintain an organized workspace and assist in keeping the office environment tidy.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
* Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Proficient typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
