*Overview* We are looking for a dedicated and reliable *Warehouse Worker* to join our growing team. This role is essential to the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse and production facility. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in all aspects of our workflow?from receiving and processing orders, measuring fabrics, and managing inventory, to assisting with production, finishing, and final in-house installation. At BumbleBee Shades, we take pride in handling every step of the process ourselves to ensure consistent quality and exceptional service from start to finish. *Responsibilities* *In-House Installation & Finishing* * Assist with measuring, assembling, and installing window coverings in-house * Work with a variety of materials, including fabrics, hardware, and motors * Ensure products are properly finished and meet quality standards before delivery * Follow installation instructions, measurements, and safety procedures *Warehouse & Production Support* * Receive and organize raw materials and hardware components, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders * Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels * Support fabrication and packaging of blinds and parts * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and warehouse areas * Handle heavy lifting as required (upto 50 lbs) *Administrative & Order Support* * Take and input customer orders accurately into our system * Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, and tracking job progress * Coordinate with the production and sales teams to meet project deadlines * Be prepared to switch gears and take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the business grows *Experience* * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory * Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks consistently * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success * Forklift experience is an asset If you're looking for a chance to take ownership of your role and play a key part in building something from the ground up, we would love to hear from you! _We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted._ Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
