24 hour veterinary clinic located near Yonge & Bloor is currently looking for a hard working and experienced individual to help clean and disinfect the clinic.
This is a full-time position. We are looking for a team member who understands the importance and impact this role has on our patients as well as the owners that love them.
Duties include maintaining the facility and common areas by:
* Vacuuming and sanitizing floors
* Cleaning the kitchen and dishes
* Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and washrooms
* Emptying garbage and other waste receptacles
* Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
* Maintaining our infection control standards
* Sterilizing and steam cleaning areas of the hospital
* Laundry
* Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* Cleaning experience is preferred
* Ability to carry out intensive physical labour
* Comfortable working in a veterinary environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to Detail
* Comfortable working with cleaning solutions and chemicals
* Follows direction and works well without supervision.
