*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. *Duties* * Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency. * Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. * Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. * Develop and implement drink menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with health regulations. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food and beverage pairing events. *Skills* * Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management within the food service industry. * Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. * Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests. * Experience in restaurant management, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Previous experience as a cook is a plus, enhancing understanding of food preparation processes.
