A Typical Workday May Include: Contacting a potential customer to discuss a project Creating a quote for a job Managing people working on a job to ensure it is done safely, on time and on budget Communicating with a current customer about the status of their job Coaching team members in safety protocols, technical insights or work efficiency Problem solving Learning something new about the customer, situation or technical process Reporting on projects to management Hiring other team members Other duties as assigned What You?ll Need: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Must be 18 years or older Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice A valid Canadian Class 5 driver?s license 1 year remediation/abatement work experience would be an asset. 1-2 years Project Management experience 1-2 years direct work experience in a leadership role What Will Put You Ahead: 2 day asbestos training certificate Mold awareness Demonstration of effective team management, coaching and performance management Successful track record in project management Sales or customer service experience Considered candidates will receive an email for first contact.
