Carrying brand names like Napoleon, Jotul, Valcort, Valor, Dekko, Harman and Big Green Egg Fire Away can provide quality for years of entertaining and enjoyment. *Duties and Responsibilities :* * Working in our Port Perry or Uxbridge Showroom * Assists with day-to-day projects, assisting with the scheduling of incoming jobs throughout each workweek along with checking in and following up with customers once the job has been completed. * The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, as you will be helping build relationships with new and established customers within our showrooms. * Assisting with Community & Store Events & Marketing incentives * Within the Summer Months candidate must be outgoing and personable to help assist with home shows and company events to promote new product and engage in the community. * *Marketing /Social Media Skills would come as an asset.* * *Strong Computer Skills Required* * Customer Service Calls required, candidate will making sales calls to engage in drawing in new business and mainlining long standing clients. * Assist with cleaning the show room when necessary. Weekday & Weekend work required *QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS REQUIRED:* * Minimum (1) year customer service experience within a similar or relatable experience. * Demonstrated experience with MS Office with the ability to prepare, write and maintain reports/records. * Strong Computer skills * Car and valid driver?s license with a clean driver?s abstract and willing and comfortable to travel within durham and surround areas in all seasons. * Ability to work individually & in a team setting Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-06-16
