Supreme Lock Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Locksmith / Safe Technician to join our team here in Saint John, New Brunswick
This is an on-the-road service position. The successful applicant must be willing to travel throughout New Brunswick and be able to work in all weather conditions. Requires valid driver?s license with clean driving record.
*Qualifications & Experience: *
* Physically fit, able to lift and assist with safe/vault deliveries, installations, drills, and repairs
* Good manual dexterity, working knowledge with variety of power and hand tools. Able to disassemble/assemble various products.
* Proficient in maintenance of safes, vaults, mechanical/electronic locks, and safe deposit boxes
* Willing to work after-hours and on-call for 24-hour customer service.
* Provide prompt and professional customer service, including appointment setting, problem-solving, and customer training. Maintain a professional appearance. Sales experience is an asset.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, written), with the ability to use cellphones and apps effectively
* Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team

*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Advise customers on suitable security products/services based on their needs.
* Install door hardware and automatic door operators per customer specifications.
* Service and repair door hardware, key/re-key locks, and cut/make keys.
* Design and maintain master key systems.
* Repair and maintain safe bolt work, combination locks and timing devices.
* Install, manipulate and drill combination locks as needed.
* You may also sell, install and maintain other security mechanisms, fit safes and security devices
* Prepare and submit all paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain and secure company vehicle, tools and equipment according to policy.
