*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and heating units. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment using schematics and technical manuals. * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently. * Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations. * Plumb new installations or modifications to existing systems. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on system operation. * Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings. * Proficiency in appliance repair related to HVAC systems. * Experience with welding techniques is preferred. * Ability to plumb new installations or modifications effectively. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are a plus.
