If you?re a team player with a strong work ethic and enjoy working outdoors, we?d love to hear from you. *Responsibilities:* As a Landscape Labourer, you will work closely with your crew on daily projects, mainly focused on resodding properties within the city limits. Key responsibilities include: * Arriving on-site on time. * Operating various tools and equipment. * Working on all aspects of a landscape construction plan, including installing sod, interlock walkways, and softscaping. * Complying with all company and regulatory policies. * Ensuring safe work practices. *Qualifications:* * Experience in grading, sod installation, and other softscaping services is preferred but not required. * Good physical condition. * Willingness to work as part of a team and communicate effectively. * Ability and willingness to work extended hours. * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Personal transportation required for most roles. *Looking to Hire:* * General Labourers * Synthetic Turf Installers (1 year of experience required) * Irrigation Technicians (1 year of experience required) * Interlock Labourers (1 year of experience required) *Benefits:* * Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. * Performance bonuses to reward exceptional work. * Full-time seasonal contract with potential winter extension and guaranteed pay. * Monday to Friday schedule.
