*Job Description *
Looking for a painter subcontractor for some help with exterior work this month. Must have extensive exterior painting experience and be comfortable on a ladder.
Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, act professional and be able to work safely and unsupervised.
Must be available to work this month.
Job length approx. 2-3 weeks. Rate of pay 40$/hr.
The candidate must be willing to work a minimum of 8 hr days.
No alcohol/drugs
Afterwards, there is the potential for piece work for the right individual.
To be considered for piece work you must have or be willing to obtain the following : WCB coverage, Liability insurance, a vehicle and all necessary tools of the trade.
You must also be personable and presentable, have extensive experience and knowledge in the trade and a strong work ethic.

Extensive exterior painting experience.
Experience working safely on ladders and at height.
Personable.
Strong work ethic. Good physical strength.
Punctual and reliable.
