*SUMMARY*
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for a mix of inventory product control and basic office administration related duties. LBOSS is the primary inventory management program that will be used in this role.
*PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
*Accounts Payable*
* Process Weekly Accounts Payable Invoices ? approx. 400 invoices per week
* Reconcile Weekly Receivings
* Record Credit Card Payments
* Vendor cleanup - Investigate and reconcile any vendor issues and outstanding discrepancies
*Inventory*
* LBOSS data entry - Receive Product
* Prepare Product Signage and Distribute through Website
* Provide basic system support to Stores and Administration Office
*Office Administration*
* Order and maintain general office supplies
* Gather supplies for stores
* Perform other related duties as assigned by Accounting Team Lead
*KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED*
* Computer Literate - pick up new programs quickly
* Basic knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows 7, Server 2012)
* Experience with LBOSS POS Software and Great Plains Dynamics preferred, but not essential
* Attention to detail extremely important - Balance of Accuracy and Speed
* Professionalism in dealing with others both in person and by telephone
* Team player who works well with others
* Good organization and time management skills
* Flexible, multi-tasker
* Ability to file accurately

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
