In this role, you will participate in the complete recruitment cycle for the different business units of the company and for various positions. In addition, you will be responsible for developing & executing initiatives that will benefit our employer brand through the various communication channels aimed at attracting the best candidates.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for any position type within the company including internal movements</li><li>Develop innovative recruitment strategies</li><li>Advise & influence managers in the search for talent for their team (understanding the market, coaching on good interview practices, etc.)</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external partners</li><li>Represent the company in recruitment events to attract the best talent in the industry (educational institutions, job fairs, networking, on site, cocktails, etc.)</li><li>Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs</li><li>Develop alliances with external partners in order to diversify our candidate attraction methods</li><li>Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes related to recruitment including cycle time and participate in special projects</li><li>Foster a positive candidate experience and contribute to the evolution of the employer brand as well as promote it.</li><li>Keep seeking new recruitment trends</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in human resources or industrial relations, combined with 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment </li><li>Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, to communicate with candidates & hiring managers located outside province and internationally as well as with external partners</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills ? customer focus.</li><li>Creative mind and have a curiosity for new trends.</li><li>Knowledge of various recruitment platforms</li><li>Experience and skilled in Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter (asset).</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while respecting deadlines.</li><li>Strong sense for planning and optimizing processes.</li><li>Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor.</li><li>Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Demonstrates initiative and ability to find creative solutions to problems.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
