*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair and maintenance, As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining vehicle performance and safety. *Responsibilities* * Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. * Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively. * Assemble and maintain vehicle components using hand tools and power tools. * Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. * Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process. * Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean working environment. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service efficiency. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a dealership setting. * Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. * Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Experience with welding is a plus but not required. * High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are preferred. * A valid driver's license is required.
