Monitor the performance of our rubber transformation processes and inspect our products, all in order to meet our customers' highest quality standards. In this position, you will have the opportunity to : <ul><li>Monitor the performance of rubber transformation processes</li><li>Develop and update manufacturing recipes</li><li>Inspect and measure production and development tracks and raw materials</li><li>Participate in process optimization to help meet quality and productivity targets</li><li>Issue and analyze non-conformance reports (NCRs)Act as a key person in the management of production failures through a systemic approach in the search for root causes</li><li>Participate in the training of operators on the rubber processing of products</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of production interventions and process development</li><li>Manage defective manufactured parts</li></ul> Is this the perfect job for you?
