*Overview* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in hair styling, while also engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. *Duties* * Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitizing tools and workstations before and after each service. * Offer excellent customer service by actively listening to clients? preferences and providing professional recommendations. * Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries. * Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and trust while ensuring a pleasant salon experience. * Upsell salon products and services, enhancing the overall client experience while contributing to salon sales goals. * Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that align with clients' needs and preferences. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. * Proficient in various hair styling techniques and trends, with an eye for detail. * Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with clients. * Experience in upselling products or services is a plus, along with knowledge of retail sales practices.
