*Job description*
We?re not looking for a *MANAGER*. We?re looking for a *closer.*
*What this is :*
This is not a 9?5 leadership gig. This is a full-control role for someone who wants to run a business?own the outcome, live in the details, and make sure the wheels never fall off.
You?ll be in charge of everything: operations, sales, staffing, training, scheduling, and financials. The kind of person who thrives here is someone who doesn?t wait to be told what to do?they figure it out and get it done.
*What You?ll Do:*
* Own daily operations from open to close
* Lead and motivate a lean, fast-moving team
* Drive revenue and margins like it?s your name on the door
* Make hiring and scheduling decisions that support performance
* Solve problems fast?customer issues, staffing gaps, supply hiccups
* Track performance, hit targets, fix what?s not working
* Get in the mix when it?s busy. This isn?t a clipboard job.
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Proven leadership in hospitality or retail (5+ years preferred)
* Relentless focus on results, not just process
* Someone who doesn?t make excuses?they make it happen
* Financial fluency: labor %, COGS, KPIs, sales per hour?you know it cold
* Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
* Must be able to commute or relocate to Blue Mountain, ON
*What You Get:*
* $75,000?$80,000/year
* A leadership role with full autonomy
* A seat at the table in a growing organization
* No corporate BS?just accountability and results
*You?ll thrive here if:*
You treat the business like it?s yours. You don?t need hand-holding. You wake up thinking about how to improve today, and you go to bed reviewing what could?ve gone better.
*Still interested?*
Apply and tell us what kind of team you?ve run and what results you delivered.

The median wage is the salary of a given occupation where half the workers earn more than that amount, and half earn less. This information is presented on job postings to help job seekers determine how the salary compares to the amount earned by other workers working the same job. Job Bank preferred indicating the median wage, which is less affected by extremely high or low wages, rather than the average wage which is calculated by adding up all the salaries of a group of people and then dividing that total by the number of people.
