Macleod Cares Nursing Home in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia is part of Macleod Group Health Services LTD (MGHSL), offering a state of the art 96 nursing care beds in a warm and inviting modern atmosphere with a feeling of home. Our newest MacLeod property is located on Main Street close to all services and amenities, yet nestled in a scenic wooded area where staff and residents can enjoy nature to its fullest. We are seeking individuals who are committed to service excellence and providing quality person centered care. We offer a positive, fair, fun, and productive workplace where you can grow your career. As a Housekeeper you play an integral role in the operations of our community and provide our residents a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding. You will work within a team setting while operating with professionalism, and care for the residents, coworkers and families. Are you: · A High School Grad/GED · WHMIS Certfied · Able to produce a Clean Vulnerable Sector Check and Criminal Record Check · Previous cleaning experience in a nursing home preferred · Passionate to work with others to provide ethical and professional care for others MGHSL is committed to an inclusive and diverse workforce.
