Team Leadership * Attract and retain top talent through strategic recruitment and innovative retention efforts. * Support employee growth by overseeing onboarding, training, and professional development programs. * Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration, addressing employee needs with care and compassion. Operational Excellence * Monitor production metrics, inventory, and payroll to maintain efficiency. * Analyze customer satisfaction metrics to enhance client loyalty. * Implement LEAN management principles to improve processes and reduce waste. Leadership & Strategy * Work closely with the owner on strategic planning and provide regular performance updates. * Participate in management meetings and mentor team members to achieve their best.
