Job Title: Lead Electrician 309A construction and maintenance Location: Niagara Region, ON Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience We are a small, but rapidly growing electrical company looking to hire an experienced electrical foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self starter and have a strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, be reliable, and eager to help grow this business. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday with the occasional weekends and OT as required based in the Niagara region there will be travel betweenvarious job sites. *Key Responsibilities* ? Install, maintain, and repair of all types of electrical systems. ? supervise licensed electricians and apprentices to complete residential, commercial, and industrial electrical work. ? Follow electrical codes and safety regulations in all work performed. ? Read and interpret blue prints. ? Direct daily job tasks ? Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and cleanliness. ? Participate in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues ? Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. ? Travel to and from job sites within the Niagara region. *Qualifcations* ? Must be a licensed 309A electrician.? Excellent knowledge of electrical codes and standards.? Above average knowledge of fire alarms systems. ? Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team. ? Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites. ? Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, and work in varying environments (e.g., indoors, outdoors, heights). ? Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude. The pay structure and benefits for this position will be based on the experience you bring to the role.
