*Overview: *
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our on-site team. This role involves frequent interaction with existing and prospective customers, preparing detailed quotations, and managing the sales process from RFQ to purchase order follow-up. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team player with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must be on site at our facility to perform their role and should be a strong team player with a positive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support.
*JOB TYPE:* Permanent
*KEY ESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate, timely quotations based on RFQs
- Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes to close sales.
- Log and track all customer interactions in our Odoo ERP system.
- Daily one-to-one phone contact (40% / day) with both existing customers as well as new prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify new opportunities
- Support business development through outbound calls, CRM profiling, and identifying key decision-makers.
*IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:*
- University or College level business diploma and or 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of success ideally in the electronic components industry.
- Competitive and driven personality with a passion to learn.
- Strong team player.
- Passionate yet personable with excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience using ERP/CRM tools and knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Professional appearance.
- Must be on site to perform the role.
- Bilingual (French/English) is as asset.
