*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. If you are passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you. *Responsibilities* * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in store, chat in a timely and professional manner. * Assist customers with purchase and any issues that may arise. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls efficiently. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues. * Promote products and services through effective communication and sales techniques. * Stocking shelves and keeping store neat and clean * Some pricing and warehouse duties. Heavy lifting is required. *Experience* * Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English * Proficiency in cash register and payment collection with attention to detail. * Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions. * Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
