*Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and in store, chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with purchase and any issues that may arise.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing calls efficiently.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
* Promote products and services through effective communication and sales techniques.
* Stocking shelves and keeping store neat and clean
* Some pricing and warehouse duties. Heavy lifting is required.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English
* Proficiency in cash register and payment collection with attention to detail.
* Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
* Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 ? 40 per week
