*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced *Accounting Manager* to lead our financial operations with experience in *Home Textiles* and light *manufacturing*. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Financial Management:* Oversee financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliations using *QuickBooks*.
* *Cost Accounting:* Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
* *Process Improvement:* Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with operations, procurement, and management to support financial decision-making.
*Qualifications*
* *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
* *Experience:* Minimum *5+ years* in accounting.
* *Software Expertise:* Proficient in *QuickBooks*, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.
* *Analytical Skills:* Strong financial analysis capabilities, especially in cost accounting.
* *Communication:* Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present financial insights effectively.
