Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 5 locations in total (Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops, BC).
We are currently looking for someone to work with our Edmonton location to evaluate and procure miscellaneous items (not equipment) for auction to help expand sales as our company grows.
_*Main Objective*_
The main objective of the Territory Sales Manager is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by developing sales leads and business opportunities.
_*Responsibilities*_
* Develop and sustain customer relationships within designated territories to enhance sales performance and achieve organizational objectives.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within assigned territory.
* Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Deliver sales presentations to potential customers to showcase service offerings, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales to meet targets.
* Monitor and assist the asset listings of customer consignments
* Liaise with the HR Development team on training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
* Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities within assigned territory.
* Assist in the setup and presence of regional tradeshows.

_*Qualifications*_
* Driver?s License
* Class 1 (Asset)
* Minimum 5 years sales experience
_*Working Conditions*_
Will be required to work outside in all weather conditions.
_*Physical Requirements*_
May have to lift up to 50lbs.
_*Motion Parameters*_
Required to climb stairs, walk, squat, kneel, or drive and stand for long periods of them.
_*Vision and Hearing Requirements*_
The ability to judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.
_*Psychological Demands*_
Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.
