This position requires you to have a thorough knowledge and to perform substantive legal work in all aspects of: residential and commercial conveyancing, and to have some skills in the following areas: wills and estates, incorporations and maintenance and business name registrations.
While each matter would have a responsible lawyer who would oversee your work and be available to provide input, advice and guidance, you would be expected to handle the majority of the work independently with minimal input from the lawyer. We require that you have strong writing and verbal communication, and it is preferred that you have good skills and knowledge in legal accounting and billing practices.

Two years Legal Secretary Experience in a law firm with the focus being in Real Estate, Wills and Estates.

Be able to work independently and work effectively as part of a team.
