We operate on a <strong>family-style dining concept</strong>, creating a warm and communal atmosphere where guests and staff come together over delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As our <strong>Chef</strong>, you'll take charge of our <strong>small, open kitchen</strong>, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Preparing and serving <strong>hot, beautifully plated or family style meals</strong> in a timely manner.</li><li>Keeping the <strong>kitchen and food storage areas clean, organized, and properly sanitized</strong> at all times.</li><li>Ordering Inventory and Maintaining an <strong>efficient and well-stocked workspace</strong>.</li><li>Engaging with guests and staff, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.</li></ul><p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys <strong>creating high-quality meals in a scenic, remote setting</strong>.
