This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing technical estimating with front-line customer service. As a key member of our collision center, you'll assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate with both customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for customers?scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing updates throughout their repair journey.Hourly Wage Range: commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilitiesQualifications:Collision center experience is an assetFamiliarity with estimating software such as Mitchell iCloud and/or AudatexProficiency in MS Office, including Excel and OutlookHigh school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an assetExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong communication, multi-tasking, and organizational skillsConflict resolution and negotiation capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvementProfessional appearance, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-focused attitudeResponsibilities:Prepare accurate collision repair estimatesDeliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and digital platformsAct as a liaison between customers, insurance companies, and internal departmentsSupport front office operations including scheduling, filing, invoicing, and database managementCommunicate repair timelines, process updates, and expectations to customersCollaborate with production teams and estimators to ensure timely and quality vehicle deliveryUphold safety regulations and assist in ongoing training and complianceContribute to a positive and productive team cultureOther duties as assigned to support operational excellenceWhy You'll Love Steele Auto Group: At Steele Auto Group, you're not just joining a company?you're joining a community.
