Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers. Plan for required documentation and for pre- and post-distribution of documentation (itineraries, evaluations etc.). Co-ordinate ground and flight tests of aircraft and spacecraft. Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services. Supervision: 3-4 people. Aircraft mechanics and aircraft inspectors. Apprentices. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Drug test. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Team player.
