*About the Role* Select Landscaping is looking for a skilled and reliable Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience in garden and landscape maintenance, a solid understanding of horticulture, and a passion for outdoor work, we want to hear from you. *Key Responsibilities* * Maintain residential and commercial landscapes through regular mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming * Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees based on landscape designs and seasonal needs * Prune trees and hedges to encourage healthy growth and shape * Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and pest control treatments as needed * Mulch garden beds, cultivate soil, and remove debris to maintain curb appeal * Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening (1+ years preferred) * Strong knowledge of horticulture, including common plant species, pests, and soil care * Proficiency with landscaping hand tools (shovels, pruners, rakes) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, mowers) * Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions * Valid G-class driver?s license * Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Why Join Select Landscaping?* We take pride in creating beautiful, functional, and lasting outdoor spaces.
