Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers during their journey
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the shuttle
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or questions they may have
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Experience working with children, seniors, or individuals with special needs is a plus
- Knowledge of mechanical operations of vehicles is beneficial
