We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Marketing Manager* to lead and execute the college?s marketing strategy. This role is central to building brand awareness, driving student enrollment, and positioning Logan College as a premier destination for fashion education.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing plans to support student recruitment, events, and brand visibility.
* Create compelling campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including social media, email, print, and video.
* Collaborate with admissions, faculty, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Manage the college?s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms.
* Analyze marketing performance using metrics and data insights; adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Plan and oversee promotional events, open houses, and fashion showcases.
* Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets as needed.
* Stay up to date on fashion, education, and marketing trends to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field (Master?s preferred).
* 3?5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in education or fashion industries.
* Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp).
* Strong creative, strategic, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of fashion education.
