We?re looking for a reliable and hardworking Excavation Labourer to join our field crew. If you're physically strong, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors as part of a team, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assisting with digging, trenching, and removing dirt and debris from work areas
* Using hand tools like shovels, picks, and rakes to support excavation activities
* Helping machine operators with setup, movement, and general site tasks
* Loading and unloading materials like gravel, sand, and construction supplies
* Keeping the site clean, organized, and hazard-free
* Setting up and dismantling temporary structures and safety barriers
* Supporting the crew with material handling, equipment prep, and general labor
* Following all safety protocols and reporting any unsafe conditions
What We?re Looking For:
* Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual tasks
* Basic knowledge of excavation or construction work is an asset
* Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
* Ability to take direction, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
* Previous general labor or construction experience is a bonus
