Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material. Schedule and confirm appointments. Maintain filing system. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
