The Agency Staff Coordinator role is a leadership position responsible for the ongoing management and liaison with Agency Clients and caregiver staff, evaluation of services, and a level of care and coordination.
*Job Description *
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. You are someone highly motivated and passionate about helping those in need. You are skilled in managing a portfolio of existing clients along with acquiring new companies for Kinnect Support Services to work with.
*Responsibilities:*
· Liaison between company and client base supervisors as manager
· Ensure caregivers are attending assignments and client demands are fulfilled
· Help create and update intercompany forms and policies
· Assisting with recruitment of caregivers such as selection, interviewing and onboarding
· Administrative duties to ensure compliance and organization
· Expand existing business with clients
· Identify and create relationships with new partners and potential sponsors, build customized packages based on their interests
· Build and deepen relationships with existing partners
· Serve as main point of contact within Kinnect Support Services to ensure Agency satisfaction, renewals, and upgrades
· Negotiating contracts in the best interests of clients and kinnect Support Services
· Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a professional and timely manner
· Performing administrative tasks such as creating contracts, completing client specific paperwork per their protocols
· Maintaining a working knowledge of industry regulations and remaining current on the industry standards and new materials and processes
· Perform other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
· 2+ years of experience in a social Services setting required
· Experience managing or supervisory role required
· Self-motivated
· Ability to network to and negotiate with Community Agencies
· Strong leadership skills
· Ability to work in a fast past environment
· Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to converse with clients
· Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time
· Time management and multitasking skills to transition among client accounts easily
· Ability to deliver engaging presentations
· Customer service experience
· Problem-solving abilities
