If you have a passion for renewable energy, experience on rooftops, and a commitment to quality work, this is the opportunity for you! *Learn more about us:* Milani Electric: milanielectric.com Milani Plumbing, Heating & A/C: milani.ca *Position: Solar Installer & Roofer* This is a *full-time, permanent role* focused on the installation of rooftop solar systems for residential and commercial projects. *Key Responsibilities* * Install solar panels and related components on rooftops (shingled, flat, and sloped surfaces) * Complete general roofing tasks and repairs related to solar installations * Use proper tools and equipment for both solar and roofing applications * Load, unload, and transport materials and tools * Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized * Work effectively with other team members and project leads * Follow safety guidelines, building codes, and company standards *Skills & Qualifications* * *2+ years of experience* in solar installation and/or roofing (required) * Experience working at heights and in outdoor environments * Knowledge of fall protection, roof anchoring, and safe climbing techniques * Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs * Comfortable working in all weather conditions * Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset) * Valid Driver?s License with a clean record * Must be bondable and pass a background check *What We Offer* * *Competitive wages* based on experience * Company *vehicle with gas card* * Provided *uniform* and *cell phone* * *Extended medical and dental benefits* * *Vacation pay* and flexible work scheduling * Ongoing *training and certification opportunities* * Career growth with a reputable and expanding company * A supportive and inclusive team environment *Milani Electric Ltd.* is proud to be an *equal opportunity employer*.
