The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. (royalwave.site) *Responsibilities* * Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in designated areas. * Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. * Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and power tools safely and effectively. * Handle custodial duties such as waste disposal and replenishing supplies. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and requirements. * Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes. * Assist with heavy lifting as needed during facility maintenance or setup activities. *Requirements* * Full G License * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and the use of hand tools is an advantage. * Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently. * A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and safe environment.
