*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a reliable and motivated *Showing Assistant* to support our property management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for showing rental properties to prospective tenants, assisting with tenancy documentation, and supporting administrative functions.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Show residential rental properties to prospective tenants throughout Sooke (occasionally Langford or Victoria)
· Process and review rental applications.
· Post notices at properties as required
· Assist with the preparation and execution of tenancy agreements.
· Maintain accurate records and file documents as part of ongoing property management.
· Provide general administrative support as needed.
· Posting & Updating ads for properties
*Requirements:*
· Valid BC driver?s license.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
· Professionalism and a high level of attention to detail.
· Social Media Experience
· Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is an asset but not required.
*Work Schedule:*
Monday ? Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm
