North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewan?s leading home builder, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator builds awareness and support for North Ridge?s business plan and related strategic initiatives. This includes creating and coordinating marketing activities, media planning and other communication activities as directed.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
· Responsible, in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Manager, for the development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the NRDC group of companies.
· Coordinate the development and execution for both traditional and digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation and paid advertising.
· Lead the execution of CRM marketing initiatives to optimize customer loyalty, acquisition, retention, personalization, and promotional strategies.
· Drive execution of strategy across email, including promotional, automated, and segmented campaigns using the Hubspot platform.
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation and conversion rates and provide regular internal reports.
· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, construction and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts align with company goals.
· Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
· Research competitors? activities in the digital space.
· Assists in budget management and planning for marketing initiatives.
· Design graphics for web pages, digital platforms, logo creation and product branding.
· Manage the production of marketing materials including handouts, signage, etc.
· Consistently ensure marketing products are accurate and relevant as well as contain most recent and up-to-date branding.
· Develop and execute company events such as trade shows and show home openings.
· Spearhead the preparation and submission for industry awards.
· Book professional show home pictures for awards, website, ads, etc.
· Manage website leads.
· Update website traffic for Brighton show home in Dream?s LotFX.
· Organize show home set-up and moves which includes internet, alarm, furniture, sales material and other requirements.
· Order business cards and show home supplies as needed.
· Ensure show homes are professionally maintained.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
*Education, Experience and Skills Required:*
· Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent.
· 2-4 years experience preferably in a construction environment.
· Strong understanding of the requirements to succeed in a project driven environment.
· Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
· Expertise with SEO?/SEM campaigns.
· Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (Hubspot) and Content Management System Software (WordPress).
· Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional writing and composition skills.
· An eye for detail ? editing and proof-reading.
· Detailed, organized with exceptional prioritization skills.
· Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities with deadlines in mind.
