Administrative Officer Red Circle Planning Group (RCPG) Location: Hybrid (min. 2 days/week in office)Deadline: Friday, June 20, 2025, at 5:00 PM Red Circle Planning Group is hiring a full-time Administrative Officer to support our expanding team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating daily office functions, supporting HR and finance, and ensuring effective communication across departments. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about community development. Key Duties: Coordinate travel, meetings, scheduling, and supplies Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence Maintain filing systems, records, and office databases Process invoices, expenses, cheque requisitions, and assist with payroll Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and benefits Communicate with vendors and external partners Supervise admin staff and help develop policies and procedures Assist with project tracking and reporting Requirements: Must self-identify as First Nations, Mtis, or Inuit (under 30) Diploma or certificate in Business Admin, HR, Finance, or related field Experience in admin roles; knowledge of CCP is an asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and email tools Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation Working Conditions: Hybrid: in-office and remote Travel required, sometimes in inclement weather Flexible work hours Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience To apply, email your cover letter, resume, criminal record check, and 3 references to: admin@rcpg.ca- LocationFort Qu'Appelle, SK
