We don?t just sell boats?we help bring customer?s visions for a life well lived to reality by connecting them to the vessel that will take them where they want to go and through our unparalleled service. *What You Bring to the Role* * Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Professional demeanor and appearance * Proven ability to multi-task and be self motivated * Ability to handle customers under challenging situations * Excellent computer skills and basic understanding of math * Commitment to personal development *What You'll Do* * Create, update and assign work orders * Use a menu selling approach when quoting customers * Provide excellent service for both retail and internal customers * Communication with service team and customers * Schedule technicians while being mindful of delivery timeline expectations * Proactively sell and schedule routine maintenance * Ensure appropriate levels of customer communication * Clear communication with customers regarding expectations and quotes * Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary * Collect payment upon completion of work * Maintain zero dollars in accounts receivable over 30 days * Refer potential sales leads to Location Manager * Achieve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) target * Work with Location Manager to achieve budget goals * Work as a team with all Crewmembers * Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures * All other duties as assigned *What We'd Like From You* * 2 to 4 years customer service experience in the automotive or marine industry considered an asset * Able to work irregular hours during peak periods including weekends *What's In It For You* * Full benefits * Hourly bonus based on meeting monthly budget targets * Defined training plan * Annual workplace improvement allowance of up to $150 * Demo boat for shared employee use at each location *Pride Marine Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal opportunities in all aspects of employment.
