*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting project execution by ensuring safety, timelines, budgets, quality and documentation are on track. You?ll collaborate with the management team and field team to help keep everything running smoothly from start through finish.
*Responsibilities:*
* Support PM/CM, supervisors and the team in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
* Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, task assignments, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and help ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely delivery of materials and services
* Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, contractors, and clients
* Track material orders, monitor site activity, and support cost forecasting and budgeting
* Assist with procurement processes, including obtaining quotes and managing purchase orders and vendor contracts
* Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
* Review and verify subcontractor and vendor invoices against contract terms
* Maintain organized project documentation including permits, drawings, contracts, and correspondence
* Support project closeout processes such as final inspections, documentation, and warranty coordination
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, change orders, and progress reports
* Help implement process improvements and best practices across project teams
* Stay current with construction industry trends, safety regulations, and project management tools
* Provide daily administrative support to help the team meet overall project goals
*Years of Experience: *more than 5 years
*Requirements: *
* Bachelor?s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
* 5+years of project coordination experience with a general contractor
* Proven understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices
* Experience with high-end residential and commercial projects
* Proficiency with project management and other software, such as MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, Buildertrend, MS Office Suite or similar
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure with deadlines
* Comfortable collaborating with site crews, trades, and executives alike
