Western Memorial Regional Hospital, a brand new, state of the art, acute care hospital opened in June 2024, is a 164-bed regional referral centre for Western Newfoundland and provides services to a population base of approximately 80,000 people.Western Health and Medical Consultants of Western Newfoundland are seeking the services of a fee for service, Non-invasive Cardiologist to practice in Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. Responsibilities include participation in the General Medicine on call schedule. The Medical Consultants Group is a dynamic group of eight Internal Medicine Specialists. The Group provides a high volume, clinical service with provision of General Internal Medicine and Sub-Specialty services to a population of approximately 78,000. We are seeking candidates with the appropriate sub-specialty training.Remuneration: Fee for Service basis as per the Medical Care Plan (MCP) fee schedule.
