*Job Overview* Part time cleaners for residential and commercial properties in a great work environment. Award winning company best cleaners 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 as chosen by London community votes. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. This role requires strong time management skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for both staff and visitors. Cleaning experience is preferred. Preferred valid G license and a clean driving record. Own transportation to the office daily, as we are not on a bus route. Work done using COMPANY cars. PAID travel time to and from job sites RAISE after probation period *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. * Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. * Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. * Operate hand tools and power tools safely when necessary for cleaning tasks. * Assist with heavy lifting and moving of furniture or equipment as required. * Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. *Requirements* * Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred. * Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. * Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
