Established in 2007, QuartzCo is a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry for both residential and commercial properties. With a continued focus on service and customer relationships QuartzCo is growing rapidly and looking for team members to work for our contract crew & directly for the company who will help to support and grow our brand in Bowmanville.
We are seeking experienced people for our installation team. Crews are typically comprised of two people, an experienced crew lead and a second installer. You start your day at our shop located in Bowmanville, load the stone in a company van and drive to job sites across Eastern Ontario to complete your installs for the day.

*Responsibilities and Duties include:*
* Complete all daily installation tasks of assigned jobs in a professional manner
* Installers must consistently be following Quartz Co ?dress code? and schedule adherence policies as outlined in Quartz Co Employee Handbook
* Ensure that all current Quartz Co assigned training is completed in the time assigned with zero (0) over-due training assignments.
* Engage in on-site distribution of workload with the goal of developing and growing installer competencies.
* Actively communicate with Install Crew Lead and others to advise when issues arise and work to problem solve to rectify all installation issues.
* Engage in customer service priorities focused on results-based customer review ratings via Google Reviews or Home Depot Voice of the Customer survey tools. Installer service deliverables are to achieve a weekly goal of achieving two (2) completed VOC surveys per week with a minimum VOC score of 4.5. Additionally, installer to achieve a weekly goal of a minimum of two (2) 5-Star Google reviews. Following areas of customer service focus, but not limited to, are excellence in:
1) Installer communications
2) Installer timeliness
3) Installer ability to respond to customer concerns
4) Workmanship Quality
5) Installer Friendliness
6) Installer Care
* Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and the restocking of the vehicle installation supplies. Provide timely reporting of any vehicle deficiencies as required to Install Crew Lead or Install Manager.
* In conjunction with Install Crew Lead, complete and submit by end of each workday, in detail, all daily post install checklists and communicate any required follow-up to Install Manager.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven ability to complete responsibilities listed above i.e. Installation experience
* Ability to lift in excess of 100lbs while getting stone pieces into sites for installation
* Ability to work in a team environment is critical
* Outgoing personality and comfort communicating with customers and end users on site
* G license with a clean drivers record is a must
* Criminal Background verification will be done by the company

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
