Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Remove bones from meat. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Equipment and machinery experience: Band saw. Manual cutting utensil. Power grinder. Sausage machine. Slicing machine. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?.
