What you will do:Reporting to the Registrar, you will participate in the proper functioning of the teaching staff certification process by performing a wide variety of administrative tasks.The key responsibilities of the positions are: Receive, file, and compile a wide variety of documents. Prepare and send official certification documents to the applicant. Collaborate with School Districts to collect information. Respond to public inquiries in a timely manner. Monitoring the branch email inbox, update database. Track payments and deposits. Prepare and modify forms. Arrange meetings for the registrar. Perform other related tasks as required.
