We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, payroll management, and training development. *Duties*
* EXCELLENT in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and managing applicant tracking.
* Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
* Manage payroll inquiries and coordinate with the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and employee/contractor payments.
* Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with management to implement change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and performance improvement.
* Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with employment standards and company standards.
* Participate in project management activities and with other Regional Managers to support HR initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
*Experience*
* A degree/diploma (or equivalent) in HR, or related experience is a MUST
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field is MUST.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
